Is it difficult for you to relax? I would be happy to explain various techniques to you (many of which you have probably already heard about) and help you understand them in depth. However, you might feel that you need additional support, at least at the beginning. That’s perfectly fine—you wouldn’t be the only one, and I completely understand.
For this reason, you might consider using CBD oil drops, tinctures, or gummies to make your journey toward deeper relaxation a bit easier. In most cases, applying these during one or two massages is enough; after that, your body learns how to relax on its own. The key is to experience this state, allowing your body to internalize it and recognize “what it feels like” and “how to get there.”
CBD is applied before the massage and, if needed, several times during it.
Massage Experience
During the massage, various tools may be used to enhance your sensory experience, such as rabbit gloves, ostrich feathers, brushes, and more.
You will be massaged with natural neutral jojoba oil, which is gentle and suitable even for sensitive skin (read more in the article Hygiene).
The massage will take place in a room filled with a calming atmosphere, optionally scented with Tibetan incense sticks (not necessery). The intimate ambiance is further enriched by the
